Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Hexalogic Solutions for any service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Hexalogic Solutions provides digital services including website development, mobile app development, SEO, digital marketing, AI solutions, content creation, hosting and domain registration. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are agreed upon in individual project proposals or contracts.

3. Payment Terms

• A minimum 50% advance payment is required before work commences on most projects
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion before final delivery
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
• Prices are subject to GST as applicable under Indian tax law
• We accept UPI, bank transfer and card payments

4. 2-Hour Website Delivery

Our "Website in 2 Hours" service is subject to conditions:

• All content (text, images, logo) must be provided by the client before work begins
• Applicable only to standard business websites (not complex or custom-built sites)
• Payment must be received in full before work commences
• Available during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9AM–7PM IST)
• Delivery time starts after all content and payment confirmation is received

5. Revisions

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds (specified in your project proposal). Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are charged at our standard hourly rate. Major scope changes after project commencement may require a revised quote.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete content, materials and approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure all content provided is legally owned or licensed by you
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe
• Pay invoices within the agreed terms

7. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, client owns all custom-designed elements of their project. Open-source components retain their original licenses. Hexalogic Solutions retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Refund Policy

• Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
• If we fail to deliver agreed services, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion
• Hosting, domain and third-party software costs are non-refundable once purchased
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

9. Limitation of Liability

Hexalogic Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages including loss of business, data or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. This includes business plans, pricing, client lists and technical specifications.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 7 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly. The advance payment is not refundable on client-initiated termination.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
